A Recording Studio is a business that like any other business needs to be run properly if it is to be profitable. There are many things that need to be taken into consideration to create a profitable recording studio business. To create a successful recording studio, you could chase your tail for years learning through trial and error or even worse just settle for mediocre.
I have been to many Business seminars in the last few years. I have been to Tony Robbins, Kerwin Rae, I joined the Global Information Network and attended many other events. The most useful by far was Dale Beaumont’s “New Rules of Business”. It is an incredible one day free seminar that is by far the most helpful day of business education I have ever had.
Recording Studio: New Rules of Business.
One of the best things I learned in the seminar was to create systems for everything and index them using google sites. So everything that you do is systemised and can also easily be handed over to an assistant or VA to free up time. During the seminar Dale goes through Social media strategies, how to create video content and much more. The best part by far was the people I met, the connections that I made. Especially for a Recording Studio, nearly all businesses need a recording studio or video production at one time or another so you have a captive audience.
Dale says that the reason he started doing business coaching was that he was sick of people telling him what to do without telling him how it was done! I can really relate to that. There is nothing better than being given a blueprint that shows you step-by-step how to do something so that you can follow the steps.
I really recommend Dale Beaumont’s “New Rules of Business” to anyone.
