One of the best things I learned in the seminar was to create systems for everything and index them using google sites. So everything that you do is systemised and can also easily be handed over to an assistant or VA to free up time. During the seminar Dale goes through Social media strategies, how to create video content and much more. The best part by far was the people I met, the connections that I made. Especially for a Recording Studio, nearly all businesses need a recording studio or video production at one time or another so you have a captive audience.
Dale says that the reason he started doing business coaching was that he was sick of people telling him what to do without telling him how it was done! I can really relate to that. There is nothing better than being given a blueprint that shows you step-by-step how to do something so that you can follow the steps.
